Exchange and Return
Exchange and return of other products are possible within 14 days after receiving the order.
To expedite the exchange or return process, please notify us via email at hello@kulakovsky.online or contact our stylists at +380 93 002 1256 with your order details. Keep the receipt or tracking number of the returned package until it has been received.
* Goods from the OUTLET section and products made according to individual measurements or designs (such as custom orders in alternate colors) are not subject to return and exchange.
Before initiating a return, please ensure that the returned product has unworn condition, unwashed, has not been used, is placed in its original packaging, and contains original tags, price tags, and all additional attachments.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not comply with the above-mentioned rules.
You can use any express delivery service for a return (please note that the delivery time should NOT exceed 10 days). KULAKOVSKY is not responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties.
After dispatching the package, please let us know the tracking number of the parcel and leave a link to the tracking website.
Returns are at the customer's expense. Also, the brand is not responsible for local taxes and duties.
Please note that we are not responsible for returned items sent without prior notice.
Once the packaging arrives, our team will inspect it. If the item is in good condition (not damaged and showing no signs of wear, unworn, unwashed, has not been used, is placed in its original packaging, and contains original tags, price tags), we will process a refund if you requested a return, or we will send your exchange order.
Any disputes which do not fall under the Returns and Exchange policy are subject to individual resolvement through negotiation between the parties involved.
