Payment and delivery

We send all shipments from Ukraine. The production of garments will take up to 7-10 business days after payment or the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days if the items are in stock.

Please note the prices on our website do not include international taxes, customs fees and other duties. Your order might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation.

DELIVERY TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS IS NOT AVAILABLE.

We provide international shipping with 

DHL express shipping €40 (5-7 working days).

We offer free express shipping on all orders above €1000.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Items made to custom measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.

Before initiating a return, please ensure that the item is in its original, unworn condition, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To expedite the exchange or return process, please notify us via email at hello@kulakovsky.online or contact our stylists at +380 93 002 1256 with your order details. Keep the receipt or tracking number of the returned package until it has been received.

Returns are at the customer's expense.
