Please note that all orders are processed only after full prepayment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days if the item is in stock. If a product or a specific size is unavailable, production takes 5–10 business days after payment.

Delivery in Ukraine:

Free courier delivery via Nova Poshta. Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email address. If there are any discrepancies or damages, please contact us within 24 hours at: HELLO@KULAKOVSKY.ONLINE.

International Delivery:

Shipping is carried out via DHL, Nova Post, or EMS.

• Standard: EMS / Nova Poshta (7–12 business days), flat rate €25. Free shipping for orders over €1000.
  
• Express: DHL (5–7 business days), flat rate €45.

Please note: taxes, customs duties, and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery to Crimea, russia, and belarus is not available.

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email address. Please use it to follow your package, and contact the delivery service if needed.
